Booking Conditions
Bookings
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing and a non-refundable deposit paid.
• Provisional bookings will be released without notification if not confirmed within seven days.
Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm all bookings.
• Final numbers for all bookings must be confirmed one month in advance along with full (and non-refundable) payment for the stated final numbers.
• Bookings made within four weeks of the date require full payment upon booking.
• The numbers sitting, or the numbers confirmed, whichever is the greater, will be the numbers charged.
• Please note that after full payment has been received, no cancellation refunds or payment transfers against other services at the venue are available.
• All bookings must be settled as a whole through the organiser of the event, one payment per booking will be accepted.
• Cancellations of an entire booking or part of booking will result in deposits and any monies paid being forfeited as these are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits
• All parties must pre order their menu choices one month in advance. We require that the group organiser supplies details of which menu options each attendee has ordered.
• Smart/casual dress is required on all occasions.
• Leas Cliff Hall reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Seating arrangements cannot be notified until one week prior to the event. Please note that how we receive your food choices will be how your tables are allocated per booking. We kindly request that tables are not switched during food service to ensure no delays and a smooth service for all.
• We reserve the right to make alterations to notified plans.
• No changes to guest numbers or menu choices will be accepted less than 14 days prior to the event.
• Only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed here. Anyone bringing alcohol onto the premises, including in gift bags or to be gifted, will have this removed and returned at the end of the night. Anyone found consuming drinks brought in from outside the venue will be asked to leave.
• The group organiser is responsible for the conduct & behaviour of their guests. The group organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to Leas Cliff Hall property.
